At Cheap Zest Garb Store, we want you to love your new camisoles, dresses, and trousers as much as we do. But if something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns policy has you covered.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tights unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for Approval – Our Brighton team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return to our warehouse (return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty)

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred carrier to return items. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Include a note specifying the item/size/colour you’d like instead
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your t-shirt, dress, or other item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We’ll cover return shipping and process a replacement or refund
