What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Couriers will usually leave a card with collection instructions. For DHL/FedEx, you can often rearrange delivery online using your tracking number.
My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?
First check your dispatch email for expected delivery dates. If it’s past this window:
  1. Check tracking (Standard Shipping only)
  2. Look for notices from customs (international orders)

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from receipt for exchanges or refunds. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on final sale items (clearly marked as such).
How do I return an item?
Email [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions. Important: For international returns, you may need to cover return shipping – we recommend using a trackable service.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Your bank may then take 3-10 days to show the refund. We’ll email you when we’ve processed it.
What if my item is faulty?
We’re sorry to hear that! Email photos to [email protected] within 15 days of receipt and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. Faulty items aren’t subject to normal return conditions.
